Hi, we are Jan & Kelene.
We met as fellow board members for our kids’ high school band program. We eventually teamed up as co-presidents for the organization and realized that as a team, we are pretty darn good at getting huge things accomplished.
More about Jan: Throughout her life, Jan has moved no less than 29 times. Moving so many times helped her learn how to prioritize the meaning of “things” as each transition involved an examination of all possessions. A Journalism degree from the University of Florida, along with minors in Psychology and Speech further honed Jan’s ability to focus on the important, while eliminating the superfluous. She brings that attention to detail and experience to Less For More Life.
More about Kelene: A native Texan, Kelene earned her B.S. in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and spent many years teaching at the elementary level, in both traditional classrooms and with Gifted and Talented students. Her focus continues to be teaching as Kelene guides readers from the early stages of Chaos into the peacefulness of Calm, helping them gain confidence and freedom along the way.
